We measure your peaks and eaves, then cut every strand to fit that exact run. Straight, even lines with no leftover cord bunched at the corner. It looks like it was built for your house, because it was.
We Take It All Back Down
In January we pull everything down and store it in our warehouse. No ladder in your future, no bin of tangled lights in your garage, no January afternoon you were dreading. Next fall we call you.

When the season ends it all goes back to our warehouse. Your attic stays empty, your garage stays parkable, and nothing gets crushed under a bin of decorations in July.

Bulbs fade, strands fail, clips break. All of that is on us. You never price out a replacement or discover in November that half your set died in storage.
Nothing To Fix
If a section goes dark in December, call us and we come out. No charge, no ladder, no standing in an aisle trying to match a bulb you bought two years ago.
Commercial-Grade C9 LEDs
Bright, warm, and rated for outdoor winter use. They draw a fraction of the power of incandescent bulbs and hold their color instead of fading pink by New Year.
Clips That Do Not Damage
Purpose-made clips for shingle, gutter, and brick. No staples, no nails, no holes in your fascia. Everything comes off in January without a trace.

Ladders, harnesses, and crews trained to use them. Roof falls send thousands of people to the hospital every December. That is the real reason to hand this off.

What is included?
Everything. Design, all the materials, installation, maintenance for the whole season, takedown in January, and storage until next year. There is nothing to buy separately and nothing extra to schedule. Every quote is custom to your roofline, so the fastest way to a number is to send us your address.
Do I have to buy the lights?
No. The lights, clips, and timers are ours and they stay ours, which is why replacements and repairs never land on your bill. Most companies sell you the materials in year one and hand you the maintenance forever after. We would rather own that problem than pass it to you.
When should I book?
Earlier than you think. Installation schedules fill from late September onward, and the two weeks before Thanksgiving are usually gone entirely. Booking early also means you choose your install window instead of taking whatever is left.
When do you install and take down?
Installations run early October through mid-December, and we schedule yours so the lights are on by the date you want them on. Takedown starts in January, weather permitting, and we handle the scheduling so you do not have to think about it.
What if a light goes out during the season?
Call us and we come fix it, no charge. Maintenance is part of the deal for the entire season. You should never be on a ladder in December, and you should never be the one noticing a dark spot before we do.
Do you do commercial properties and HOAs?
Yes. Community entrances, clubhouses, amenity centers, office parks, and retail frontage, with scheduled install windows, one point of contact, and proof of insurance on file. Commercial books earliest, so reach out well before the season starts.
Will the clips damage my roof?
No. We use purpose-made clips designed for shingles and gutters, and we never use staples or nails. Everything comes off in January without leaving holes or marks on your fascia or your roof.
